Jayamini is the founder and Chairman of Mind Designs International (Pvt) Ltd, holding company of Holistic Wellness Home.

Jayamini graduated from University of Sri Jayewardenepura - Sri Lanka in year 2004 with a first class in Accounting & Financial Management. However, her interest was learning about human mind and behavior. With this quest, she enrolled in to the MBA (HRM) programme at Postgraduate Institute of Management of University of Sri Jayewardenepura and completed it with a merit pass. During this time she got herself qualified in marketing by completing Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and became a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).

As a Reiki Master/ Teacher, she has initiated and trained a large number of students in Sri Lanka as well as overseas. She inspires people of all walks of life to realize their authentic identity and become their own masters. The best qualities of her training are simplicity, humor and positive vibe. She is non-serious, yet absolutely focused on the deliverable. As a Reiki practitioner, she has been helping many numbers of individuals with terminal illnesses, depression, anxiety, fear driven living, stress and even different sexual orientations.

She has years of experience in working with individuals in all age groups - children, young adults, adults and elders, professionals from many disciplines, different educational backgrounds, religions and beliefs. As a successful coach in the areas of wellness coaching, executive coaching, and life coaching, Jayamini declares her biggest strength as been able to connect with any individual at all levels, hence not being judgmental, but opening her heart, mind, and soul with love and faith to facilitate their transformation.
